Drew: Baja Guy

I’m a Baja guy. I’ve been going to Mexico since 2003; that was the first year that I drove there with my brother. We only went halfway down the peninsula, but I was totally hooked. Since then I’ve driven down, as far south as Cabo San Lucas, multiple times and now we share a van that is stored right by the Los Cabos airport for easy access. It sounds romantic, but driving a questionably maintained vehicle, from the Clinton era,  in a country with less than awesome roads can be sporting to say the least. I was just down in early January and she was running like a champ!

These days I only make it down for about a week every year. My wife and family are beyond supportive of my solo trips and all of the neurosis that go with it. I’m always excited to share my experiences so don’t be shy about asking some questions the next time we are touring houses or hanging out. I’ve got stories for days!

Hint: ask me about the multiple UFO’s that we saw this year. It was WILD!!
