The Decade of Change

I’ve changed brokerages!! After a decade at Living Room Realty, I’ve decided to move my Real Estate Practice to Real Broker. The change happened about two weeks ago and in my interactions with colleagues, friends and clients, the big question has been: why?

I’ve had this bus bench on SW Bertha Blvd just behind Freddies for 7+ years. It was hard to let it go, but I had to as a part of the move.

The short answer is: after 10 years I needed a change and some new energy injected into my business. I remain close with the agents, staff + owner at LRR and have nothing but good things to say about that company. If you are interested in the longer, more nuanced answer…please give me a call :-).

Real Broker has a bunch of modern tools that I’m excited to implement! In the coming months you’ll receive an email from me offering an opportunity to try a new valuation platform among other things. My office is still in Multnomah Village. Shoot me a text if you are in the area; I’d love to meet up for a coffee or something!

This change corresponds with my 50th birthday. I feel like I’m entering the (long) home stretch of my Real Estate Career and I want to take the opportunity to future-proof my systems to be more prepared for the inevitable changes and disruptions to come. Thank you for all the years of support and I look forward to serving you!
